@unnumbered HTTP-based authentication

HTTP authorization request is intercepted by @command{tofuproxy} and
dialogue window is shown. @file{~/.netrc} file is automatically read and
used for form inputs prefilling. You can override its path by
@env{$NETRC} environment variable.
